From Surviving to Thriving
Candace Sanchez Keynote Speaker
Speaking That Creates Space for
Healing, Reflection, and Purpose
Candace Sanchez is an author, speaker, survivor advocate, and creator of THRIVE Coaching™. Her speaking is rooted in lived experience, faith, advocacy, and leadership, creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to reflect, heal, and grow.
Candace speaks to audiences navigating transition, leadership, healing, and purpose. Whether addressing a conference, faith community, nonprofit organization, or professional team, she brings a trauma-aware, faith-forward, and deeply human approach to every stage she steps on.
Her message is grounded in one belief:
Healing happens when we create space, and no one should have to heal alone.
Speaker Bio
Candace Sanchez is the author of Unspoken, host of the podcast Unspoken: Conversations with Candace, and a trained Sexual Assault Advocate and nonprofit leader with BeLEAF Survivors, Inc. She is the creator of THRIVE Coaching™ and the signature framework Thrive with a Divine Design State of Mind, which integrates faith, reflection, and intentional growth.
With more than three decades of experience in healthcare and information technology, Candace has served in leadership roles since 2011, including as a manager and director. Her professional background, combined with lived experience and advocacy, informs her ability to speak authentically about resilience, leadership, healing, and personal growth.

Related Work & Advocacy
🎧 Season 3 of Unspoken: Conversations with Candace was created after I discovered through my own healing journey and advocacy work that male survivors often carry the same shame, fear, guilt, and blame — yet have far fewer places to turn for support. This season is dedicated to standing with men survivors and amplifying voices too often left unheard.
